REPLY ALL POWER™ (RAP), prevents annoying and embarrassing junk e-mail by limiting “Reply All” capabilities

Large organizations, regardless of their business, find that the "Reply All" feature in Outlook often leads to a lot of junk mail among employees, eroding productivity and many times compromising the individual or the organization’s privacy or confidentiality needs. “There are instances where a disgruntled or insensitive employee can make remarks in “Reply All” mode and dampen morale, annoy or offend others. The RAP product was conceived when one of Litera’s customers, a very large legal firm in the Southeast US, asked the company if a solution could be created for them in the wake of some troublesome e-mails.

Litéra REPLY ALL POWER™ allows the organization’s administrator, in consultation with the CIO and policy-making executives, set the parameters to either block the feature completely or limit replies to a “defined number” of recipients. These permissions can vary by work group or individual. RAP can be deployed to select workgroups or on every PC in the company’s network in less than 5 minutes.

The product is standalone and pricing ranges from $5-10 per user based on number of licenses, with enterprise licenses available.
